Cancellation Policy

Home Visit Clinical Hypnotherapy – Booking & Cancellation Policy Home visit appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and location approval. Location & Booking Confirmation Home Visit Clinical Hypnotherapy is available in selected areas of North and Central London, subject to postcode, travel distance and practitioner availability. Clients must provide their full home address and postcode when requesting an appointment. All booking requests are reviewed individually. Once your location and appointment availability have been approved, you will receive payment instructions. Session Fees & Payment Policy Home Visit Clinical Hypnotherapy sessions last 60 minutes and are priced according to location: North London – £130 per session Hampstead & Central London – £160 per session The applicable fee will be confirmed before payment, following verification of your address and appointment availability. Full payment is required in advance via a secure payment link. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received and written confirmation has been provided by Hypnotherapy Power. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, subject to availability. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge of up to the session fee, where reasonable and permitted by law. Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Important Information Sessions are available to adults aged 18 or over only. Clients are asked to provide a quiet, private, comfortable and suitable space for the session. Hypnotherapy Power reserves the right to decline a home visit where the location, environment or circumstances are unsuitable. Hypnotherapy is intended to support wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Clients with relevant medical or mental health conditions should contact Hypnotherapy Power before booking to discuss suitability and seek advice from their healthcare professional where appropriate. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights.
