Theodora  Kafka  is a  Master  Hypnotherapist, Author
and  Founder  of  Hypnotherapy  Power.
 

She works with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low confidence, sleep difficulties and inner imbalance — helping them achieve meaningful and lasting change through evidence-based hypnotherapy.
 

Her work focuses on strengthening emotional resilience, improving self-worth and guiding clients back to clarity, balance and inner stability.

Theodora’s journey into hypnotherapy developed from a deep interest in psychological wellbeing, subconscious transformation, and the connection between mind, emotions and behaviour.

Mihai  Malaescu  is a London-based  Music  Producer, Composer  and  Piano  Educator  
who creates therapeutic soundscapes for  Hypnotherapy  Power  audio sessions.
 

He has been playing piano and guitar since early childhood, having grown up in a musical household where his father — a musician — introduced him to formal music training from a young age. This early immersion shaped his deep sensitivity to tone, rhythm and emotional expression through sound.
 

Mihai  is also a  Piano  Teacher, combining his performance background
with years of musical education.

His compositions for hypnotherapy are intentionally designed to support:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Emotional grounding

  • Subconscious receptivity
