By booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Age Requirement

Hypnotherapy sessions and digital services offered through this website are intended for clients aged 18 years and over.

Anyone under the age of 18 must only access services with the full knowledge, consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Nature of Services

​

Hypnotherapy sessions, guided audio sessions, and digital products offered by Hypnotherapy Power are designed to support relaxation, personal development, emotional wellbeing, confidence, stress reduction, sleep improvement, and other wellbeing goals.

These services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, or emergency care.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, you should consult an appropriately qualified medical professional.

3. No Guaranteed Results

​

Results from hypnotherapy and guided audio sessions vary from person to person. While every effort is made to provide a supportive and professional service, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Your progress depends on many factors, including your personal circumstances, commitment, readiness and participation.

4. Client Responsibility

​

By booking a session or purchasing a product, you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and honest

• you are participating voluntarily

• you understand that you remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, health and wellbeing

5. Online Sessions

​

Online sessions are provided through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.

It is your responsibility to:

• ensure you have a stable internet connection

• join the session on time

• be in a quiet, safe, and private environment

• use a suitable device with working audio

If technical issues arise, every reasonable effort will be made to continue or reschedule the session where appropriate.

6. Health and Safety

​

Hypnotherapy should not be used while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where full attention is required.

For guided audio sessions, you agree to listen only when it is safe to relax fully.

If you suffer from epilepsy, severe mental illness, psychosis, or any serious medical or psychiatric condition, please seek professional medical advice before using hypnotherapy or guided audio recordings.

7. Confidentiality

​

All client information shared during sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially.

However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, or where there is concern about serious harm to yourself or others.

8. Payments

​

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Digital products, downloadable audio sessions and online materials are provided only after successful payment.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may be updated at any time.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule a live session, please provide as much notice as possible.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is recommended for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Missed appointments or late arrivals may also be charged in full.

10. Refunds

​

Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable audio content, refunds are not generally available once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

For live sessions, refunds or rescheduling will be considered in line with the cancellation policy above and at the discretion of Hypnotherapy Power.

11. Digital Product Use

​

All audio recordings, scripts, written content, branding and materials provided through this website are for personal use only.

They may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, reproduced, recorded, edited, uploaded or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Intellectual Property

​

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, audio materials and written scripts, remains the intellectual property of Hypnotherapy Power unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

13. Website Information

​

Every effort is made to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date.

However, Hypnotherapy Power makes no warranties or guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the website or its content.

14. Right to Refuse Service

​

Hypnotherapy Power reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue services where it is considered inappropriate, unsafe, outside the scope of practice, or not in the client’s best interests.

15. Availability by Language and Region

Online hypnotherapy sessions are available in English and Greek. Services are offered to clients worldwide, with the exception of the United States and Canada, where sessions are not currently provided.
