Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Missed appointments or late cancellations without notice will be considered completed sessions and are non-refundable. All services are provided as complementary hypnotherapy and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Clients should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns.
